Arrived for my registration, took one (extremely brief) look at the waiting room: it was full of pale, white-haired, scary sick people. Someone had something white around their head, completely covering their nose and mouth. No empty chairs?? I felt like I was going to throw up.
I waited outside in the hallway by the fish tank and my only emotion was flat anger. The office people and registrar were prompt, and very kind. Registration took less than 30 minutes.
This isn't happening to me.
