Rage in London after 'Unforgivable' Beheading

Two mosques attacked in confrontations throughout London following Muslims' murder of a soldier.

There is shock and fury in Britain following the gruesome murder of a soldier by Muslims in Woolwich, in southeastern London, on Wednesday. The murdered man was Drummer Lee Rigby, of the British Army's 2nd Battalion.

"There is rage in London; the feelings are very bad,” a Jewish resident of Golders Green told Arutz Sheva. “London is having a hard time dealing with this kind of cruel terror. Muslims beheading a soldier – that is an unforgivable deed.”

There were riots and confrontations in different parts of London Thursday, and two mosques were reportedly attacked.

Prime Minister David Cameron said the attack was "truly shocking" and cut short a visit to Paris and returned to London in order to convene the security cabinet, known as Cobra. Home Secretary Theresa May described the attack as "sickening and barbaric.”

Police have confirmed that two men have been arrested in connection with the brutal murder.

In recent years, Muslims have become dominant in several neighborhoods in London, to the chagrin of the native locals, and there have been reports that fundamentalists have been trying to enforce Sharia law in the neighborhoods.

In the hours following the attack, around 250 supporters of the anti-Islamist English Defense League (EDL) gathered at Woolwich Arsenal train station. According to the Huffington Post, the group hurled bottles and became involved in minor skirmishes with the police, but later dispersed without any arrests being reported.

EDL leader Tommy Robinson was among the crowd and explained: That's what we've seen today... Our next generation are being taught through schools that Islam is a religion of peace. It's not. It never has been. What you saw today is Islam," he added. "Everyone's had enough."

The attack was captured on video, and clearly shows the terrorists with blood on their hands and holding what appears to be a large knife or machete.

Eyewitnesses said that the attackers shouted Islamic slogans as they beheaded the man in broad daylight. The attackers were shot by police and arrested, and then taken to a London hospital for treatment. A television broadcast showed one of the attackers saying that they were Muslim fighters who “would never stop attacking you. We are doing this because Muslims are dying every day.”

Education: CSCOPE is Gone!

Glenn had some good new to kick off the third hour of radio today – the controversial CSCOPE program would no longer be providing lesson plans for Texas.

“I want to give you some good news, good news on that you are making a difference. A letter signed now by all 20 members of the board of education for the State of Texas just released, will notify 875 school district clients that all lessons and lesson plans will now be removed from those websites on August 31st. The districts are no longer and cannot use any lessons from CSCOPE anymore. The era of CSCOPE is over,” Glenn said.

State Senator Dan Patrick said,“This is a positive development for students, parents, teachers, and for the Regional Service Centers. I want to thank the members of the Senate Education Committee for their months of work on this issue. I also want to thank Attorney General Greg Abbott and his staff in providing valuable assistance in our review of CSCOPE.”

Glenn said that Texans should stay vigilant to make sure that CSCOPE isn’t replaced with an even worse like Common Core or another program under the same name.

Based on the definition of "fetus" here from Dictionary.com, the word being applied to an unborn child is innacurate to say the least. The term "fetus" is used in Zoology to refer to the offspring of mammals, viviparous mammals who produce live offspring as opposed to animals that lay eggs. Yet, I'm quite certain that those who study and work in the zoological fields do not include human beings as objects in their field.

No one says "When is your fetus due?"
No one throws a "Fetus Shower."
We don't send congratulatory cards saying "Welcome Fetus!"
Inside or outside the womb, there is a baby, a child, a human being.

When we read about older cultures such as the Carthaginians, Phoenicians, Incas, and Moche most people with any sense of feeling cringe when the practice of infant killing are described. The Carthinaginians and Phoenicians threw babies down into fire pits where they would burn to death. The Inca sacrificed infants by poinsoning, strangulation, or being beaten in the head. The Moche peoples sacrificed huge numbers of males by draining their blood or decapitating them. Most of these sacrificies were about territory and dominance.

How is the killing of 1.4 million human beings in America per year any worse than these older cultures who deliberately practiced infanticide? Well, we're more modern now, so aborticide the mother's "choice."
