Staying Sane

In addition to being on holiday from deep and dreadful politics for the short-time being, I give you the object of most of my time and joy as of late. Introducing the newest addition to The Conservative Mom's family, Princess Leia. She is a one year-old Border Collie/Hound mix whom we adopted at the Houston SPCA.  We call her Princess for short. She keeps me sane, too.

Of course, she is The Conservative Dog, and she is very smart :)
