Stealing or Treat: Your Guide to a Redistributive Halloween

I wrote this post last year, when so many people had yet to wake to the Socialist/Communist Framework was being put into place to destroy our beloved America.  It's meant to be sarcastic, of course - but part of sarcastic humor is there's always an ounce or two of truth to it all.

This year, all my trick-or-treaters that show at my door are getting one of those big candy bars, you know, the kind we absolutely prized when we were kids.  Only on these prizes, there's a message I've stuck on all of them
"Remember: your REAL treat is that YOU live in an Exceptional Country.  God Bless You, and God Blesses America!"

In the meantime, enjoy a re-run from October 2009, and remember how far we've come since.

It's Trick or Socialism Treat  for All at Halloween!
This plan will work for young school-aged children. When two or more Trick-or-Treaters show up at your door, instead of handing out your own candy, take some candy from one of the Treater's candy bag and give it to the other Treater.  As your doing this, tell them "That's call Redistributive Change, kids! Have fun!"

This plan will work well for older kids, especially for the ones that are bigger than you.  Hand ONE child a huge handful of candy, and exclaim: "That's not fair!"  See if you can even get the other kids to chant "FAIR CANDY NOW! WE DEMAND CANDY!" just for fun.  Then, tell other child(ren) that you are the Federal Government and we agree that this recipient of so much candy will now be redistributing his candy because he got way too much. Make the child open his candy bag and take from it and give to the other kids.

For really little children trick-or-treating with their parents, give them each a huge handful of candy and make sure that their parents hear you say, "Hi kids! This candy was paid for by your future salary!"  Tell everyone "this is called "Socialism.  That's a big word! Can you say Socialism? soh-shuh-liz-uhm."  Sometimes clapping during each syllable will help the child say big words.

Finally, and this is important, if that one, single, lone child shows up with no other Treaters, sit down with him/her and tell him/her how much he/she must be suffering because they have no one else.  He or She is obviously underprivileged.  Tell the Treater "I am the Government, and I'm here to help."  Then, patiently wait for other Treaters to come along and tell them they must share their candy with this underprivileged Treater.

You may want to dress the part: Wear a business suit and look very distinguished.  One suggestion is to slick your hair back and wear glasses and/or a tie.  For a complete look, a metal or jeweled elephant or donkey pin should be pinned to your jacket lapel.  You will want to have a briefcase with you.  A badge is particularly helpful. That way the deviant Treaters will be intimidated, and if they want to play a Trick on you, you know someone who can offer them a place in the Treaters' Union, because they are obviously suffering and underprivileged, too.

Here's where you need a friend to help.  Have your friend play the role of Union Leader, also dressing the part. The Union Leader will tell the Treater he/she can now be a Union Member of the Treaters' Union.  This Union Treater Member can now go to other neighbors and DEMAND Candy!  It is THEIR RIGHT! Also, instruct  the new Union Treater Member to offer  the other neighbors to be part of the Treaters' Union.  If they join have them pay their Union Dues immediately.

Yes, Virginia, there IS a Boogie Man.
If the neighbor doesn't want to become a Union Treater Member, they are lying anti-union racist haters. The racist hater then must have a Trick played on them in the form of Organized Picketing.  You will support the Picketing by having other Treater Members bused from all over the area to ensure a large crowd.  Signs for picketing will also be provided.

Be sure to have the new Union Treater Member bring your friend any and all money directly that they have made as a new Union Member.  The friend should be using a briefcase to put the money into.  Later, in secret, meet with your Union Leader Friend and get your share of the money. This will line the pockets of your suit for as long as you wish, and you will be able to make that money work for you in all kinds of ways.

Trick or Treat For All! Otherwise, you know, it's just not fair.

Sounding the Pension Alarm

Two years ago, during the 2008 Campaign of "Hope & Change" would you have ever thought what is happening to the United States of America would actually happen?  Can you imagine it? You better. The alarm bells are going off. And loudly.

(added emphasis in bold and pictures, mine;
additional information: Mark Levin Show)
For 16 years I've been telling you that if the Democrats gained enough power in Washington, they would attempt to seize the money you have in your 401K, IRA and private pension plans. Many of you poo-pooed me, calling me "over-the-top" or unable to back up my claims. http://boortz.com/nealz_nuze/2010/10/retirement-security.html

Maybe you might be interested in knowing that just last Thursday, a Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee held a hearing on retirement savings and security. WebGuy forwarded me lots of emails of people asking me to prove it. So here you go. You can watch the committee meeting right here...

...and then you can be more entertained by turning to watch the paint dry on your walls. Or you can read this summary of the meeting from Connie Hair at Human events. http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=39336&s=rcmp

The point of the meeting was to figure out ways in which private 401(k) plans could be more "fairly" distributed as taxpayer-funded pensions. Senator Tom Harkin, Chairman of the Committee, hand-picked the witnesses for the meeting. Who did he chose? People advocating "Guaranteed Retirement Accounts." Sound familiar? It should. I've been telling you about this plan for at least two years. It is a plan created by Theresa Guilarducci and it would seize private retirement accounts, set up an additional 5% mandatory payroll tax, and then use the money from the tax and seizure to distribute it "fairly" to Americans.

submitted by Economic Policy Institute (EPI) Vice President Ross Eisenbrey: "... a truly universal system would need to shield low-income workers from out-of-pocket costs or wage cuts. EPI has published and advocated what we feel would be an excellent national supplemental retirement plan, the Guaranteed Retirement Account which was authored by Prof. Teresa Ghilarducci, Director of the Schwartz Center for Economic Policy Analysis at the New School for Social Research. "

The Democrats got their "universal healthcare." What's to make you think that they wouldn't go for "universal retirement" next? This isn't some fairytale that I am making up to scare you right before an election. This stuff is actually being discussed in Washington as we speak.

If you leave the Democrats in power I guarantee you that a move will be made to seize private retirement accounts. Those accounts will blended in some way with the Social Security system to guarantee some level of retirement income for every American. The Democrats will have several excuses. They'll say that they're afraid people will just take their retirement money and spend it foolishly ... and that the government must step in to prevent this. They'll say that people will borrow irresponsibly against their retirement funds prior to retirement ... and the government must step in to prevent this. They'll say that it just isn't "fair" that some people are going to enjoy a more comfortable retirement than others .. and the government is here to make things more fair. Whatever the reason, the Democrats will be unable to ignore the trillions of dollars that are sitting - out of their grasp - in these retirement accounts. Brace yourselves.

You have 21 days.

your tax dollars - and the rest of your money- at work!

A Tea Party Cultural Achievement: We've Reached Stereotypicalability

Have Tea Party-ers been around long enough to have become stereotyped?  By this cartoon, I would answer in the affirmative.

Or, is this just some heavy propaganda? It definitely speaks to the mentality of the cartoonist.

I have no idea, since I can't get into the cartoonist's head.  But I did find the picture on a blog wherein its title and author shall at this time remain anonymous for the purposes of my irritation and in analyzing the image.

Clearly this cartoonist is exercising his First Amendment Rights.  And so is the imaginary stereotyped protester in the image.

Let's take this image apart just for fun, shall we?

"Go back to Kenya!"  Well, why not? He has family there, right? (The "birther" issue is not really an issue, and it never was.*)

The Confederate Flag - This has got to be one of the oldest stereotyped icons in America.  Ask someone what it stands for, depending on what part of the country you're in, and they might tell you things like slavery, southern pride, the Civil War.  But here's the FACTS: The "Southern Cross" is actually an image of St. Andrew's cross.  It was not the first battle flag for the Southern States in the Civil War.

Nazi symbols? Please.  Though their image will forever be indelable in our brains in standing for the horrors of mass murder by Hitler's Germans of European Jews, it looks stupid here.  Yes, stupid. But the smiling joker face? That's just pure mass-media street art genius by an artist that lived half-way around the world.

Obama as a witch doctor: I denounce this whole-heartedly, as it's clearly racist. Anyone who uses this image at a rally likely is a racist. Or a retard, as were the retard liberal plants who carried a similar sign at a rally I attended in April.  We called them out and they left. Or wait....is it saying "Obama-care" will be like what a witchdoctor would do? hmmm....

The gun on a his holster: And? Your point is? (PS: It's called the Second Amendment.  You're welcome.

"Joe Wilson was right!!"  Yeah, come to think of it, he kinda was.  He didn't follow proper decorum.  But he wasn't lying either.

I have NEVER, EVER seen "Death to Obama, Michelle, and their children" at a Tea Party, and I've been to A LOT of them, in different parts of the country.  Never.

Does anyone really used the word "colored" anymore? Seriously.

See the sign that says"Socialist, Marxist, Muslim, Racist"? Real Hard Evidence can be found in justification for a sign like that:
  • Obama's mother wrote about socialism and was a communist socializer.
  • Obama's mentor Frank Marshall Davis was a member of the Communist Party CPA.
  • Obama's Brother Roy and Cousin Odinga are Marxists
  • Obama Attended Socialist Conferences at Cooper Union
  • Obama Attended Several Meetings with the Democratic Socialists in Chicago and Was even Endorsed by Them
  • Obama's Church is Rooted in Liberation Theology which is Rooted in Marxism
  • From Dreams of My Father, "I FOUND A SOLACE IN NURSING A PERVASIVE SENSE OF GRIEVANCE AND ANIMOSITY AGAINST MY MOTHER'S RACE".
  • From 'Dreams of my Father', "The emotion between the races could never be pure..... the THE OTHER RACE (WHITE) WOULD ALWAYS REMAIN JUST THAT: MENACING, ALIEN AND APART"
  • From Dreams Of My Father:
  • "THAT HATE HADN'T GONE AWAY," he wrote, BLAMING WHITE PEOPLE,- SOME CRUEL, SOME IGNORANT, sometimes a single face, sometimes just a faceless image of a system claiming power over our lives."
"This is NOT my America"  Yep.  In more and more ways, it's not. So there is at least one portion of this animate that is not stereotyped.

my thanks to Socialism, Marxism, Communism & Obama and CommieBlaster.com.And of course, the stereotypical Leftist cartoonist, too.

Believing in America: A Review in Exceptionalism

As we countdown to the much anticipated November 2nd elections, I will be posting written pieces meant to uplift us - to remind us how special the United States is.  Try to share this with someone you know is not a Conservative, or someone who might be feeling down about the state of affairs.  There is so much good written about this exceptional place, this "shining city on a hill."   This is an outstanding article to start with
(all links within and emphasis throughout are mine)

"America is exceptional because, unlike any other nation, it is dedicated to the principles of human liberty, grounded on the truths that all men are created equal and endowed with equal rights."

Why is America Exceptional?

Published at The Heritage Foundation on October 1, 2010

by Matthew Spalding, Ph.D.

In 1776, when America announced its independence as a nation, it was composed of thirteen colonies surrounded by hostile powers.
Today, the United States is a country of fifty states covering a vast continent. Its military forces are the most powerful in the world. Its economy produces almost a quarter of the world's wealth. The American people are among the most hard-working, church-going, affluent, and generous in the world.
Is America exceptional?
Every nation derives meaning and purpose from some unifying quality—an ethnic character, a common religion, a shared history. The United States is different. America was founded at a particular time, by a particular people, on the basis of particular principles about man, liberty, and constitutional government.
The American Revolution drew on old ideas. The United States is the product of Western civilization, shaped by Judeo-Christian culture and the political liberties inherited from Great Britain.
Yet the founding of the United States was also revolutionary. Not in the sense of replacing one set of rulers with another, or overthrowing the institutions of society, but in placing political authority in the hands of the people.
As the English writer G. K. Chesterton famously observed, "America is the only nation in the world that is founded on a creed." That creed is set forth most clearly in the Declaration of Independence, by which the American colonies announced their separation from Great Britain. The Declaration is a timeless statement of inherent rights, the proper purposes of government, and the limits on political authority.
The American Founders appealed to self-evident truths, stemming from "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God," to justify their liberty. This is a universal and permanent standard. These truths are not unique to America but apply to all men and women everywhere. They are as true today as they were in 1776.
Working from the principle of equality, the American Founders asserted that men could govern themselves according to common beliefs and the rule of law. Throughout history, political power was—and still is—often held by the strongest. But if all are equal and have the same rights, then no one is fit by nature to rule or to be ruled.
As Thomas Jefferson put it, "[T]he mass of mankind has not been born with saddles on their backs, nor a favored few booted and spurred, ready to ride them legitimately, by the grace of God." The only source of the legitimate powers of government is the consent of the governed. This is the cornerstone principle of American government, society, and independence.
America's principles establish religious liberty as a fundamental right. It is in our nature to pursue our convictions of faith. Government must not establish an official religion, just as it must guarantee the free exercise of religion. Indeed, popular government requires a flourishing of religious faith. If a free people are to govern themselves politically, they must first govern themselves morally.
These principles also mean that everyone has the right to the fruits of their own labor. This fundamental right to acquire, possess, and sell property is the backbone of opportunity and the most practical means to pursue human happiness. This right, along with the free enterprise system that stems from it, is the source of prosperity and the foundation of economic liberty.
Because people have rights, government has only the powers that the sovereign people have delegated to it. These powers are specified by a fundamental law called a constitution. Under the rule of law, all are protected by generally agreed-upon laws that apply, equally, to everyone.
The United States Constitution defines the institutions of American government: three distinct branches of government that make the law, enforce the law, and judge the law in particular cases. This framework gives the American government the powers it needs to secure our fundamental rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
The ultimate purpose of securing these rights and of limiting government is to protect human freedom. That freedom allows the institutions of civil society—family, school, church, and private associations—to thrive, forming the habits and virtues required for liberty.
The same principles that define America also shape its understanding of the world. The Declaration of Independence proclaimed that the thirteen colonies were a separate and sovereign nation, like any other nation. But America is not simply another nation.
The United States is a nation founded on universal principles. It appeals to a higher standard that all governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. All nations are answerable to this principle, and it is this principle that makes the United States a truly legitimate nation.
Liberty does not belong only to the United States. The Declaration of Independence holds that all men everywhere are endowed with a right to liberty. That liberty is a permanent aspect of human nature everywhere is central to understanding America's first principles.
Nevertheless, the primary responsibility of the United States is to defend the freedom and well-being of the American people. To do this, the United States must apply America's universal principles to the challenges this nation faces in the world.
This is not easy. America has not always been successful. But because of the principles to which it is dedicated, the United States always strives to uphold its highest ideals. More than any other nation, it has a special responsibility to defend the cause of liberty at home and abroad.
As George Washington put it in his First Inaugural Address: "The preservation of the sacred fire of liberty and the destiny of the republican model of government are justly considered as deeply, perhaps as finally, staked on the experiment entrusted to the hands of the American people." America's role in the world is to preserve and to spread, by example and by action, the "sacred fire of liberty."
America is an exceptional nation, but not because of what it has achieved or accomplished. America is exceptional because, unlike any other nation, it is dedicated to the principles of human liberty, grounded on the truths that all men are created equal and endowed with equal rights. These permanent truths are "applicable to all men and all times," as Abraham Lincoln once said.
America's principles have created a prosperous and just nation unlike any other nation in history. They explain why Americans strongly defend their country, look fondly to their nation's origins, vigilantly assert their political rights and civic responsibilities, and remain convinced of the special meaning of their country and its role of the world. It is because of its principles, not despite them, that America has achieved greatness.
To this day, so many years after the American Revolution, these principles—proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence and promulgated by the United States Constitution—still define America as a nation and a people. Which is why friends of freedom the world over look to the United States not only as an ally against tyrants and despots but also as a powerful beacon to all those who strive to be free.

Workers of One Nation...Unite!!!

Tomorrow, October 2nd, thousands of people are supposed to descend upon Washington DC for the "One Nation Working Together" rally.

Here's their logo:

Notice anything specific about it? Besides the fact that the stripes are supposed to make you think of the American Flag?

Now, take a look at THESE flags and see if you detect a theme:

former USSR

Angola

China
Vietnam
North Korea
One single star....a seemingly universal image on the above four flags.

And it says this on One Nation's  website:
Demand the changes we voted for!
❝One Nation Working Together is a social movement of individuals and organizations committed to putting America back to work and pulling America back together. Coming from a diverse set of backgrounds, experiences, beliefs and orientations, we are determined to build a more united country with good jobs, equal justice, and quality public education for all.
We all deserve a just and fair chance to achieve the American Dream. Our national identity is rooted in the ideal that all people – regardless of race, class, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, heritage or ability – should have the opportunity to fulfill their potential.❞
Here's a box on their twitter account:

"One nation...redirecting our national priorities while elevating our national dialogue* from its current politics of division and isolation...unifying America around a hopeful and inspiring vision for our country.

*BTW, we here in the US don't spell dialog that way in this country.

One more flag, this time it's Cuba's flag:

And once again, the "One Nation" flag:

.

Dear Leader Needs Your Help!
The Liberal Progressives, and largely now the Democrat Party, are pretty much openly promoting their Socialist agenda, right alongside the Communists.  More on this later, but click HERE for a list of endorsers to this event. Be sure to scroll down to see the matching pictures!

What may be the most disturbing about this event is it is endorsed by the White House. Which means somehow, our tax dollars are likely contributing to making this happen.
