Who Is George Soros? and, Why We Should Care.

George Soros brought us Barak Obama. Progressives have Soros to thank for bringing them their dream-come-true commander-in-chief.  Patriotic Americans have him to thank for our growing Conservative Revolution.  The rest of America who is still asleep to the corruption better get this book.

I have been researching George Soros and the infinite reaches of his tentacles for quite a while.  It is good to see that his name is now being brought forward in the Conservative media such as Fox News and Talk Radio.

This man has been funding the destruction of the the free market system in America for a long time.  His goal is to “purge” economics of its “free-market zeal”. Soros wants capitalism as we know it, what has driven so many advances in the entire world for over a century and a half by this country, dead.

Remember the words "We are five days away from a fundamental transformation of the United States of America?" The fundamental transformation has been funded by George Soros.

Places this commie has thrown his money include Barack Obama's presidential campaign, John McCain's presidential campaign (yes, JohnMcCain!), original legislation written and proposed while the TARP program was thrown into play, the Democrat National Committee, and as recently as the now de-plumed Obama radical Climate Czar appointee  Van Jones. "Non-government organizations" that Soros funds with his billions are: MoveOn.org, the Apollo Alliance, Media Matters for America, the Tides Foundation, the ACLU, ACORN, the Project on Death In America, La Raza, and many more. David  Horowitz's website Discover The Networks offers a comprehensive Guide to the Soros Network:

 I heard an interview with Jerome Corsi, author of America For Sale: Fighting the New World Order, Surviving a Global Depression, and Preserving USA Sovereignty.  I immediately ordered the audio book because the author pretty  much states everything you need to know about what is going on in this country.  And "New World Order" is no longer a black helicopter conspiracy theory terminology anymore. Neither is "Shadow Government," as so many of Soros's players are in the White House as appointed Obama henchman and also as elected Congressmen/women.  NWO is happening as the fake book cover in the picture says above, right before our eyes.  I'm counting on this Conservative Revolution, of which I am fully an enthusiastic participant, to undermine the underminer-traitor that is George Soros.

Freedom of Expression, Egyptian Style

POTUS signs an accord with Egypt regarding support for freedom of expression, then the un¹ approves of it all.  And I'm waving my red flag, once again.

GENEVA — The U.N. Human Rights Council approved a U.S.- backed resolution Friday deploring attacks on religions while insisting that freedom of expression remains a basic right.

The inaugural resolution sponsored by the U.S. since it joined the council in June broke a long-running deadlock between Western and Islamic countries in the wake of the publication of cartoons depicting the Muslim Prophet Muhammad.  read more here....

Abduction and Forced Islamization of Christian Coptic Girls Continues in Egypt

(AINA) -- The systematic abduction and forced Islamization of Coptic minor girls in Egypt is a frequent, dangerous and a rapidly escalating phenomenon, The problem was brought to light by the Coptic Pope Shenouda III as far back as December 17th, 1976, when he protested during a conference held in Alexandria that "there is pressure being practiced to convert Coptic girls to embrace Islam and marry them under terror to Muslim husbands" and demanded that the abducted girls be brought back to their families.

(AINA) -- Mrs. Samira Markos, who lives in Alexandria, sent an appeal to Egypt4Christ advocacy, pleading with them to rescue her daughter from forced Islamization. The mother said that her daughter Amira Morgan (born 9/9/1992) was abducted on 7-18-2009 on her way to work in the plastics factory near their home.

Egypt4Christ sent one of its members in Alexandria to verify the mother's plea and met with one of the family relatives who corroborated the story.

(AINA) -- Two incidents of abduction of Coptic girls to force them to convert to Islam took place within one week in Upper Egypt. In both cases the Egyptian security predictably played a key role in the outcome of the cases.

Rania Asaad was returned to her family, while Irene Labib is still missing, in spite of pleas from human rights organizations to the security authorities to end this Coptic family's misfortune.
In view of the security authorities' complete neglect in the handling of Irene's case, and false government media reports that Irene was returned to her family, a spokesman for the Coptic Church's Sohag Diocese issued a statement on 7/16/09 calling for the immediate return of the abducted girl.

Irene Hanna Labib, 20-years old, disappeared on 7/1/2009 from Sahel Tahta, Sohag Governorate, 500 km south of Cairo.

The March 2009 Resolution A/HRC/10/L.2/Rev.1 was sponsored by the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) which created its own version of a human rights declaration based on Islamic Sharia law, the Cairo Declaration of Human Rights, in response to its rejection of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).


Notably, 15 Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) nations in the UNHRC abstained from voting on this resolution, as they felt this resolution conflicted with the OIC’s support for Sharia, which is fundamental to their Islamic supremacist view of “human rights”, as described in the 1990 Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam. Pakistan (representing the OIC) urged for an Amendment to this resolution via A/HRC/6/L.49 to eliminate verbiage about the right to change one’s religion. Saudi Arabia felt that the resolution “went against Sharia law”, and Egypt felt that resolution needed to be applied “within the context of the tenets of Islam.”

GRAVEN IMAGES

I learned today of a local billboard advertising the new "We Hate Humanity" movie 2012, which shows up in theaters on November 13th.  The image on the billboard is both disturbing and offensive.

The ad on this very way high-up billboard is depicting the Christ the Redeemer monumental statue that stands in Rio de Janero, Brazil, falling down on thousands of hapless victims below.

Amazingly, what I have always called the "Rio Jesus," the monument is one of my favorite images of Him.  I have often thought if I ever had religious yard art, I'd want a Rio Jesus.

Though this may seem like an ADD moment right now, it really isn't.  Back 0n September 1st, the WWF Brazil ran an ad about how awful us humans are to the environment by comparing our horrid emmissional behavior to that of the impact of hundreds of jet planes slamming into the World Trade Center buildings .  I was so disgusted by it I did something about it, which you can read more about in my blog post here.  And so I really can't very well have America depicting the destruction of this beautiful monument, can I? Well, no...but it's a lot deeper than that.

 that's L.A. in the background!One 2012 movie trailer had me somewhat curious, but I do not plan to see the movie.  The trailer showed California sliding into the Pacific Ocean, which was (and likely still is) our sarcastic folklore that echoed about the Southland whenever we had an earthquake.  The scene actually depicted our not-so-funny-fear that we always made sound funny! So I laughed at the trailer and thought what a GREAT movie this would be if it were some kind of dark comedy, a la Idiocracy.

I did research why the scene on the billboard was being used as a means by which to promote 2012.  How much more effective might an image of an aircraft carrier running into the White House might have been (really, that's a scene in the movie, too)?  I mean, it's not like Christianity is under some kind of rancorous mordacity or anything these days, right? Right. So, my suspicions were up, yeah. And frankly, I'm tired of the societal message that seems to say, "Christianity is a crime."

The only information I could find referencing the scene was an interview with filmmaker and 2012 director Roland Emmerich.  Emmerich brought us "The Day After Tomorrow," which I didn't know was a "global warming"  "climate change" movie until well after I saw it via Netflix. (good thing, or I would never had seen it). In an article in the UK's Daily Mail Online , Emmerich was interviewed:

Q: How do you balance the religious and scientific aspects of 2012, with arks surviving the floods?

Roland Emmerich:  Well, there’s a lot of like religious symbols that gets destroyed in this movie, strangely.  There’s not a comment in any way, it’s just people, when bad things happen, they kind of turn to God.  And then you kind of destroy like kind of the Vatican, or the Jesus in Rio De Janeiro. You tell people, “Even God can’t help you.”  Then it becomes like very philosophical in a way, then it comes down to what should people do in a situation like that, what is morally right to do, and all these questions occur.

So is 2012 The Year After Tomorrow? Is this where we've all been such horrible CO2 emitters that we've caused the end of the world?  Or is this another over-production and budget buster piece of propaganda put out for the human-haters of the earth? And then you kind of destroy like kind of the Vatican, or the Jesus in Rio De Janeiro.

In my research, one thing I ran across frequently was that the film is at the very least a flop and at the very most "complete bullsh*t of a film." One blogger titled the trailer "Apocalypse Porn." You tell people, “Even God can’t help you.”


½ an ADD moment: Earlier this year, I helped contribute to a fantastic idea set in motion by a local non-profit group here known as RagingElephants.org (please check them out online!) a group to which I also belong.  The group's Chairman, Apostle Claver Imau-Kamani set forth the goal of raising a billboard on Martin Luther King Blvd that said "Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Republican" in order to raise awareness in the Black community that perhaps they might consider examining their beliefs next to those of the Republican party (amazingly, they are similar!).  People went nuts. Though we paid for thirty days of billboard time, the sign came down in ten.  Do you see where I'm going with this?

I want the billboard sign to come down. Not because of what happened to our MLK sign, though the challenge of standing up to the double standard is intriguing.  Not because of my crusade against the WWF and it's message with the airplanes.  Nevermind that I think the story behind the movie is deplorable. I am truly offended by the image and the many possible negative messages. I personally took these photos, so standing underneath the towering billboard and seeing the details in the image gives a strange vibe.  This picture is abhorrent.   

Then it becomes like very philosophical in a way, then it comes down to what should people do in a situation like that, what is morally right to do, and all these questions occur.

I'm on a crusade. And the billboard is coming down.  Stay tuned.

In all that I have been chasing down lately regarding our country's imminent "fundamental transformation", I admit I didn't even know about this. Do you know what this does to US sovereignty?

People need to be sounding a very loud alarm bell about this, wouldn't you think? Or at the very least watch a debate on it on 60 Minutes¹ or something. The prospects of signing the treaty are horrific.  The treaty will take money from "wealthy nations" and redistribute it to "3rd world nations;" especially the very bad United States who is the largest polluter of all.  We emit so much CO2 that we OWE the rest of the world ...what, a "global emissions" tax? Money from our paychecks??

Pardon my acronyms y'all, but WTF ?

Whether you support "global warming" "climate change" theories facts or  not, WHY would this country ever surrender her sovereignty in any circumstance?  Why would a US President sign such a thing?  What happened to the belief in the United States being the beacon to the world?  Clearly we have people at the White House, including the President, who do not believe in that.  We no longer have a "Shining City on a Hill".  We have a Bathroom Mat on which the world can wipe its feet, or worse.

Conspiracy theories aside, folks, the treaty creates a GLOBAL GOVERNING BODY.  It puts the world under communistic rule.  Hello?
I could go into the Biblical aspects of this too, but I won't right now.  I'll save that for another blog post.

ADD Moment #1:  WHY are there still third world nations with all the efforts going on to end world hunger, which have gone on my entire lifetime? Just look at all these "Hunger Relief" Organizations listed on this website.
ADD Moment #2: And, WHY is the US still the BIGGEST polluter of them all when we have lost industry in gigantic proportions over the last three decades? We don't produce anything anymore.  How is it that we pollute so much? OH, I forgot. CO2 is a pollutant.  If we'd all just stop breathing - wait, I think that's their goal. Everyone hates the United States.  And, I love this - everyone hates Texas more.  Good.  I'm ready to seceded. Immediately.

There are many, many patriots out there who want to participate in Operation Can You Hear Us Now, but for one reason or another cannot physically attend an event. During a one hour time-frame beginning at the specified time, the simple message you may wish to convey? – simply – "CAN YOU HEAR US NOW????" We encourage you to make multiple contacts during this one hour time frame. In addition to contacting the NATIONAL OUTLET, make contact with your local media outlet that you will be protesting (on the 17th) at this time as well! (Program these numbers in your cell!)

In the meantime, while we are distracted by the temper tantrums about Fox News, as well as the health care legislation and the cap and trade legislation, the communists in the White House are taking down America (you might also know it as a "fundamental transformation").  In the very same manner the former Soviet Union was taken down by economic collapse, forces from within (and without) are catacylsmically annihilating what is left of a nation founded on Divine Providence and fought for at the cost of thousands of lives of those who believed in what would become a miracle that was 5,000 years in the making.

As Congress continues to force an issue that isn't really working, mainly the Health Care Legislation, there are events around us that are so much more significant: The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, massive corruption inside the White House, Unconstitutional power acquired by the so-called "czars," too many to list.  Now there are rumors of a second stimulus package.  There has been so much piled on to this country in the last nine years - whatever could the end game be?  And why?

There are truly evil forces at work with a specific goal in mind. Read on:

Soros floats alternative bailout plan with Dems:

The billionaire financier George Soros, a major Democratic financial backer, is floating his own rescue plan among Democratic lawmakers who are uncertain what to do in the wake of a surprise defeat of a proposed $700 billion rescue package proposed by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson. Soros has outlined his plan in an opinion editorial in the Financial Times and circulated a concept paper among decision-makers. Specifically, the liberal philanthropist has proposed that government funds should be used to recapitalize the American banking system by purchasing equity in banks and investment firms.

Does One Soros Make a Difference? A Theory of Currency Crises with Large and Small Traders - this is pretty dry reading, but the first sentence in the abstract is startling.  Then the authors provide mathematical formulas to support it.

And the Blogosphere is full of material on George Soros and what his money has done to nations.

Soros made his first billion in 1992 by shorting the British pound with leveraged billions in financial bets, and became known as the man who broke the Bank of England.  He broke it on the backs of hard-working British citizens who immediately saw their homes severely devalued and their life savings cut drastically in comparative worth almost overnight. 

When the Asian Financial Crisis of 1997 threatened to spread globally, George Soros was right in the thick of it.  Soros was accused by the Malaysian Prime Minister of causing the collapse with his monetary machinations, and he was branded in Thailand as an "economic war criminal" who "sucks the blood from the people."  Right in the middle of this crisis, Soros dashed off his book, The Crisis of Global Capitalism, which demanded a "third way" toward economic stability.

He is without conscience; a capitalist who functions with absolute amorality.”

Finally, in an article by Soros himself,   "The Bubble of American Supremacy,"  he has stated publicly that he wishes to burst the "bubble of American supremacy," because he says our preeminence in the world is a detriment to global equilibrium.

This Isn't Shakespeare's play: America Hath No Fury Like a Mother Whose Childrens' Future Is Threatened

This isn't a play at all....

This saying is from the closing line of Act III of William Congreve's (not Shakespeare!) tragedy The Mourning Bride, first produced in 1697.  When we take the first two lines together, I think we can related to how us Moms feel about the true America and its future is being snatched from our childrens' lives.

In just two weeks time a new online network called As A Mom has grown to almost 43,000 members. The group describes themselves as: "A Network of principled mothers, grandmothers, daughters, guardians of our nation's children dedicated to the 9 Principles and the 12 Values." Oh yeah. I'm already signed up.

There is another network inspired by As A Mom called M.O.M. for America: Washington, DC Rally - Saturday, August 14, 2010 Amazing!  What a wonderful effort by the founding members put together to make this happen.  I believe the group can only continue to grow in this current antagonistic political climate we live in. We are living in unprecedented and historical times.

As A Mom will appeal to so many of us moms, aunts, grandmothers, godmothers and all significant motherly figures in our kids lives who have been paying attention to what is happening to our beloved America.  It will appeal to those of us who have become political activists for the first time in our lives and who have always been involved in our kids lives in whatever way possible.  The bond between mother and child, the maternal bond between woman and child, is stronger than words can describe.  I think instinctively moms also know TRUTH when they see it, too, wouldn't you agree?

So that's why the quote from (really, it's NOT Shakespeare!) Playwright Congreve?  I can only speak for myself here: I LOVE my county, and I love Texas.  Even against my own advice to my sons to use the word "hate" as sparingly as possible, I do nearly hate my federal government.  While growing up, I was taught to respect it - respect is a form of love to an extent.  Now, I do not.

(A.D.D. Moment: What I do truly HATE is paying  FEDERAL INCOME TAXES.  Our hard earned income is being stolen by the most corrupt of people to the most abhorrent of actions, including prostitution, human trafficking and abortion.  I have to give that to God, cause the HATE will make me ill! see my blog posts at  Where Have All The Dollars Gone?  and Community Organizing: To September 11th & Beyond!).

I believe that federal government threatens my sons' futures.¹ They are young teenagers, with their whole lives ahead of them.  How DARE these people work toward the ruin of this country.  How DARE they take away the country I grew up in and leave my sons with the remnants of what was, making Ronald Reagan's prophecy² come true? Whatever will I tell my grandchildren?  I certainly can tell my grandchildren that I fought hard, all the while being called crazy, racist, paranoid, over-reactive, right-wing extremist to name a few!

I started blogging for somewhat vague reasons. I had opinions about what was going on, but didn't have a whole lot of people to listen to me. I do not keep a journal - that's way to structural for an artsy type like me. Writing about myself seems too boring, really. And I'm not one to sit in my thoughts and feelings for long (read the personality profile for a "Leo" - fits me to a T!)

But I knew instinctively that we were living in "interesting times."  And I knew I wanted to somehow communicate with people, including my family members, who wouldn't necessarily listen.  The title of my blog came very naturally, however: "The Conservative Mom."  Though not a regular listener, I have always liked and used Dr. Laura Schlessinger's phrase about what her main job was, "I am my kids' Mom."  I have used that for as long as I have been a mom, choosing to raise my sons as my main job, for sixteen years this Sunday, to be precise.  And yes, I even write on forms asking for my occupation as "my kids mom".

I think that tens of thousands of moms feel similarly to me.  I bet this will change to hundreds of thousands. I thank God for the ladies that came together to form this group, the sub groups, the Washington DC group, and whatever else follows. I am excited to be able to be a part of it.

One last item: A not-so-famous quote by Congreve, from his play "The Way of the World", which premiered in the year 1700:

"Liberty is the soul's right to breathe, and when it cannot take a long breath laws are girded too tight. Without liberty, man is a syncope."

¹ Did this just start with me because of Obama, you ask? NO.  My political pivot point started specifically on February 5, 2007 when Hilary Clinton, whom I was considering as my candidate, stated that her policies regarding oil profits that "were the highest in the history of the world" and "I want to take those profits and I want to put them into a strategic energy fund..."  Taking profits is wealth redistribution, and that's UnAmerican.
